Campaign Manager



Job Overview: The Campaign Manager works closely with all members of the Client Services team - communicating up to the Senior Account Manager and down to the Influencer Marketing Coordinators. The Campaign Manager’s key goal and responsibility is ensuring client deliverables are on-time, meeting client’s expectations and meeting the VizSense® standard.

Key qualities of a successful Campaign Manager include: Efficiency, self-starter, excellent time management, follow and enforce processes, sense of ownership, taking initiative, excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required
  • 2-5 years work experience in fast paced, start-up or corporate setting
  • Strong problem solving skills, with creative ability to overcome challenges
  • General knowledge and appreciation for social media platforms and influencers alike; you understand and are active on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strict attention to detail while meeting deadlines
  • Clear, concise, and professional communication skills across multiple mediums-in‐person meetings, calls, video conferences, emails, and presentations
  • Ability to follow and enforce a process within the team to ensure quality work is produced
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Partners with the Senior Account Manager in ensuring client delivery is flawlessly executed across all campaigns (dozens at a time) by managing day-to-day Influencer Marketing Coordinator’s processes.
  • Oversee Campaign Process and Deliverables by working closely with the Influencer Marketing Coordinators on all aspects of campaigns; including influencer identification and contracting, editing and approving influencer drafts, managing campaign posting calendar, monitoring, and optimizing campaign results, writing creative briefs, and presenting campaign results.
  • Gain understanding of client product and marketing goals to proactively propose campaign content, strategy, and optimization ideas.
  • Manage day‐to‐day communications with client via phone and/or email.
  • Hold Influencer Marketing Coordinators to deadlines/timelines to ensure client deliverables are accurate and ready prior to client delivery.
  • Provide crucial feedback to Influencer Marketing Coordinator’s on deliverables where necessary.
